Lead Exporter: Privacy Policy

Lead Exporter is a browser extension that lets you select data on web pages you are viewing and export it. This policy explains what the extension does with data.

What the extension accesses

• The page you are viewing, only when you click the extension icon. The extension reads the parts of the page that match the fields you picked (for example names, emails, phone numbers and links). It does not run on pages you have not opened it on and does not read your browsing history.
• Your settings and site profiles. These are stored in your browser's extension storage. Settings (such as your webhook URL and pause times) may be synced across your own Chrome browsers by Chrome Sync if you have it enabled.
• Collected records. Records stay in your browser's temporary extension storage and are cleared when the browser closes.

Where data goes

• Nowhere, unless you send it. Exported files (Excel, CSV) are created locally on your computer. "Copy for Sheets" puts data on your clipboard.
• Your webhook. When you click "Send to webhook", the records are sent to the webhook URL you entered (for example Make.com, n8n or Zapier). That service's own privacy policy applies to the data you send to it.
• Payments and licensing. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. To check whether you have a paid plan, the extension contacts ExtensionPay with an anonymous extension user identifier. If you pay or start a trial, ExtensionPay and Stripe process your email and payment details under their own privacy policies. The extension never sees your card details.

What we do not do

• We do not collect analytics, tracking data or browsing history.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties.
• We do not load or run remote code.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the extension in line with the terms of the websites you visit and with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR) when you collect or process personal data.
